We will be happy to fulfill your desire for return or exchange of any unwanted or unused product, provided you review our return and exchange policy. Once you use the website, you will be obliged to follow the terms and conditions. Order Cancellation Random reserves the right to cancel the order for any of the following reasons, which entail: Failure or rejection of the payment process Customer delay of more than one hour in payment through Sadad payment system If the delivery address entered by the customer is incorrect or contact information is wrong or we are unable to reach the customer Inability to reach the customer due to providing incorrect information including mobile number, address, or email Customer absence or delay in receiving the order for more than 7 days for online paid orders (in-store pickup service) Customer-initiated order cancellation: To proceed with order cancellation, you must contact us first. You can cancel your order for any of the following reasons: If the order has not been delivered or shipped to you If the order is canceled after shipping or dispatch, cancellation fees will be applied We reserve the full right to match the shipping time of your order with the time you sent the cancellation request Dear customer, if the order has not been delivered or shipped to you on time or if the order is canceled after shipping or dispatch, cancellation fees will be applied, with the full right to match the shipping time with the time of the cancellation request Inability to provide/deliver the requested product/service within a reasonable period of 14 working days from the order confirmation date Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds In case of a manufacturing defect in the product, you can within two days of receiving the product request a “refund/product return” to return the product to Random. For electronic payments and if you do not want the product or it is unavailable before or after receipt, requesting a refund may take an indefinite period according to banking procedures and related matters, noting that logistical costs (delivery and loading if any) will be deducted. Note: The product may differ from the image shown and be approximate on the site in terms of size, color shade, or specifications. Exemptions If the product is returned due to a defect or fault from the manufacturer or damage during delivery or due to incorrect/different delivery, no additional shipping fee will be charged. To return the product, it must be in its original condition with all accessories and the attached instruction manual. We do not accept returns of products with scratches or damaged due to misuse or malfunction caused by using incompatible voltage. We reserve the right to approve or reject returns that do not meet the above standards. Warranty, Maintenance, and Repair You must read the owner’s manual before using the product to ensure compliance with safety, security, and local electrical requirements. All electrical devices we sell are designed to operate within 220-240 volts unless otherwise specified. If you do not have the appropriate power source for this voltage/electrical source, we advise against using the product. Damaged products due to using an incorrect electrical source will not be accepted under the manufacturer’s warranty terms. All products sold in our showrooms have passed quality checks and are ready for use upon shipping. If there is any problem with the product after two days of receipt, we advise you to contact us directly. Basic Conditions and Requirements for Replacing Any Item: Must attach the original purchase invoice. The device to be replaced must be in its original condition, unused, with all accessories and packaging. Replacement within two days from the invoice date at the latest, observing the above conditions. If the replacement is at the customer’s request, shipping costs will be borne by the customer if applicable. The establishment is not responsible for providing the goods if the customer does not receive them within 30 days and has the right to refund the paid amount within a maximum of 6 months. If the return is at the customer’s request, shipping costs will be borne by the customer if applicable. Warranty according to the terms of the parent company, and the warranty is void if the original invoice is lost.
